Bluebirds Academy is a developmental training program designed to identify young upcoming talent in all corners of St. Louis. Bluebirds Academy is created to develop future Club Atletico players. Club Atletico is committed to a long lasting future of soccer development and a key role in the collaborative soccer community. Because Bluebirds is a summer program, Club Atletico can collaborate with all youth soccer clubs in St. Louis to give an equal opportunity to all talented players.
how much does bluebirds academy cost?
Bluebirds Academy will charge a fee of $275 for the 6-8 week program consisting of training sessions by Club Atletico staff and Bluebirds Cup Tournament games.
how is bluebirds academy different from other soccer training programs?
Bluebireds Academy players will receive top level instruction in a very competitive training environment. Players will be included in Club Atletico's first and second teams at various times of the training season. With a limited amount of roster spots and consistent training over the span of six - eight weeks, Bluebirds Academy will improve a player’s tactical and technical understanding of the game from within the Club Atletico system.

Bluebirds Academy is a pipeline into the Club Atletico men's teams. However, we cannot guarantee that every player will become a Club Atletico Saint Louis NPSL player in the future. The reason for this new academy program, is to ensure more local talent is developed and a path to NPSL is achieved for the special youngsters identified each season.

what is the age range for bluebirds academy?
Bluebirds Academy targets local players ages 14-16 who play at a high-level and are committed to improving their soccer skills on and off the field.
What if my player cannot make every training session?
To get the most out of Bluebirds Academy, we suggest that a player attends all sessions. However, we recognize conflicts will happen (Club practice, games, etc.). If your player has a consistent conflict our Club Atletico Staff will work with the player’s legal guardian to find a solution.
are parents allowed to watch the training sessions?
Parents are allowed to stay and watch but must stay outside of and off the field.
